Organic Raw Salad for Hot Weather

This is an evergreen and fantastically crunchy and tasty salad. believe me nothing can go wrong with this. Make it and put it in a fridge for 15 to 20 minutes. Then you are ready to eat. You can eat it just like that or you can eat with any other dish. You can add mint sauce or pain yoghurt to it for extra taste. Awesome and refreshing for hot weather.

  • 1 Cucumber
  • Half white radish
  • 2 Carrots (optional)
  • 2 – 3 Tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 – 2 Onions
  • 3 Red or Green Chilies
  • Salt
  • Half tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 Lime
  • Coriander Leaves
  1. Wash all the organic vegetables. You can have just one or two vegetables at the least. At the very minimum you will need onions, chili and lime. The rest are all optional.
  2. Add coriander leaves.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Squeeze two lime.
  5. Mix all the chopped vegetables (cucumber, radish, tomatoes, carrots, onions and chilies) together.
  6. Put in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
  7. Eat cold.
